We are happy to return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of delivery. We request that the original item to be returned to us in its original condition before any refund or exchange is completed. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Teresa Wyss Pottery will cover the shipping costs back to the original purchaser for an exchanged item.
